Make a Stand to take the responsibility
• “If you will, you can” is an adage worth practicing by every teacher especially
in moments when he is torn between handling the situation by himself and
simply channeling it to the higher up in order to play it safe.
• Every teacher must remember that he/she has the power to govern his class in
a manner that is uncompromising, yet humane and scholarly admirable.
• The resolve of keeping the mouth shut will help the teacher ease the tension in
class when it is disrupted by somebody else’s annoying misbehavior.
Approaches to Classroom Management
● The most important figure in class management is the teacher. Others may come
into the picture like the principal, coordinators department heads and even one’s
colleagues especially when they observe that the teacher needs some assistance.
● There are two major constructive and positive approaches to classroom
management:
1. Show Personal care
Caring for your students as if they are your own will strengthen the bond between
you and them. The burden of class management is lightened because of the students
who are the recipients of your personal care will be touched by your conern.
2. Accentuate the Positive
● Young learners love to her praises from their teachers.
● Teacher’s verbalization of their admiration to their students will never be
forgotten.
● It will propel the students to perform in the best possible ways.
● In effective classroom management, the “bad attitude” must never remain abd
forever but must be treated and reframed into something positive. If the “bad
attitude” is in the form of being too aggressive and manipulative with his
classmates, said attitude can be used by the teacher to encourage the students
to use his/her aggressive and manipulative ways to lead his classmates.
● As for those students who manifest “little” but admirable performance,
capitalize on them so they can perform better in tasks entrusted them.

MANAGEMENT OF TIME
Introduction
Time is a paramount importance
that great men compared it with gold
and many other precious things.
Applied to classroom management, the
utilization of time effectively means
much more than simply scheduling all
the tasks that brings positive change
to the learners.
One of the rewards when teachers
use time wisely is discovering that
they more time to give those who need
them – their students. Focusing on the
effective use of time brings endless
possibilities for constructive activities
of the students.
TIME MANAGEMENT
Indispensable in the learning process.
