change the information about your
diary, such as email-address, diary-
name, username and password.Use
the links on the top of the page to

description and picture you put
there.
Why this resource is useful?
• The digital age challenges teachers to use
technology in ways that facilitate language
learning.  ESL/EFL teachers must decide how—
and how not—to use technology in the
classroom. A good example of good use are
diary pages.  It can help teachers meet their
own English Language Teaching objectives
because teachers and students are learning
each others, students are in constant use of
english and technology at the same time
developing new abilities in reading and writing
comunication where students can exchange
their thinking with others and know about others.

can use it?
• It is easy , just you need to create
your own account, and then begin to
write as many entries as you want
or as many as the teacher give you
as an assignment.
What are the advantages?

• Can be accessed from the student’s home and they do


not have to spend time write it down as they would if they
were attending a traditional classroom.
• Can be accessed from any computer, that has the
necessary, sofware, hardware , internet connection, and
internet browser requirements in order to participate in the
virtual classroom.
• Electronic can be updated more efficiently that the printed
material and at a lower cost,which saves the teacher time
and money when preparing and ajusting material to suit
their lessons and courses withing their virtual classroom.
What are the disadvantages?
• If the teacher is not a good facilitator.
• Limitation of technology and internet.
• Teachers must develop educational
content that is interesting, relevant, and
important to students.
• Teachers and students have to have a
knowledge of the use of technology
