 What is Personal Development & What does it mean to you?


 Personal development. Personal development includes activities that
improve awareness and identity, develop talents and potential, build human
capital and facilitate employability, enhance quality of life and contribute to
the realization of dreams and aspirations.

 What is the importance of personal development?


 Personal development refers to those activities that improve a person's
talents, potential, employability, consciousness and ability to realize dreams
and create wealth. In short, it's what you do to improve yourself and your
prospects in life.

 Specific areas in which you need to develop in order to achieve your
performance objectives, career goals or to improve an aspect of your
performance. A personal development objective could be about developing a
specific skill or behavior, or increasing your knowledge in a particular area.

 What are personal development skills?


 Personal development is a lifelong process. It is a way for people to assess
their skills and qualities, consider their aims in life and set goals in order to
realise and maximise their potential.

 An individual's personality is the sum total of the person's qualities,
characteristics, attitudes and psychological traits, beliefs and motives which
make up his identity. Personality development therefore means an
improvement in all spheres of the individual's life.

 What is the different between personal and personality?


 Personality is a set of qualities that make a person (or thing)
distinct from another while Personal is an advertisement by which
individuals attempt to meet others with similar interests..

 What is the difference between attitude and character?


  Attitude is a choice, character is an identity. Character is also based on
learning and practice while attitude is based on experience. Attitude is the
sum total of a persons preference for a particular situation or thing,
while Character is the overall assessment of a person's qualities.
