 It is a widely-implemented strategy for managing a
company’s interactions with customers, clients.
 CRM Software provides organizations with the
tools and solutions
they need to improve and strengthen relationships
with their customers.
 Our software will help organizations to maintain the
data of various customers and employees.

User type: Administrator
 Select administrator as
user type.
 Provide user ID and
password.
 On providing the valid
user ID and password
and clicking the login
button, we will reach at
the home page of
administrator.
Administrator home..
 This page provides
various administrative
options for
administrator.
 Like: submission of
tasks, service entry,
complaint entry,
admission of new
employee or various
updates.
Task assignment to various
employees by administrator
 Administrator can assign
various tasks to
employees.
 Administrator can select
a particular task from the
upper grid and assign it
to particular employee
from lower grid.
 Deadline can be decided
by the administrator.
 “Task assigned
successfully” message
appears on clicking the
submit task button.
Task details..
Administrator can check various details about various
task assignments by clicking on task details button.
Service entry by administrator
New service can be added to the database by the
administrator by clicking on submit button after
providing an appropriate name for the service and
price for the service.
Complaint entry...
Any type of complaint can be added by giving its
proper description by the administrator. An
appropriate message will appear after successful
submission.
Adding new employee

 Administrator can click


on add new employee
button from his home
page.
 Screen on right will
appear.
 Administrator is
required to fill the
form.

user can click on the
submit button.
 After the error free
submission an
appropriate message
box will appear.
Updating/deleting an
employee’s data

 By clicking on
update/delete
employee button user
will reach the screen
at right.
 Now , the user will
select an appropriate
employee ID.

appropriate textboxes.
 In order to update any
of them, user will
simply make changes
in the values of
various textboxes.
 After making required
changes ,click on
update button.
 After error free update
a message box will
appear saying “record
updated”.

 Click on delete button
of update/delete
employees form.
 After error free update
a message box will
appear saying “the
employee is deleted”.
Admin logout
Just click on logout button in order to log out from
the account. The screen below will appear after
successful logout.

Login to customer
 Select customer as
user type.
 Provide user ID and
password.
 On providing the valid
user ID and password
and clicking the login
button, we will reach at
the home page of

 This page will provide
the information
regarding the various
services offered to the
customers by the
organization.
 Customer can choose
various services.
 They can view their
shopping cart.
 They can also register
their complaints
regarding the different
services.
View of shopping cart
 After selecting the
services user can view its
shopping cart by clicking
on view shopping cart
button from the home
page of customer.
 Screen on the right will
appear.
 Here user can click an
add another service in
order to add more
services or simply click
on payment details.
Payment details
 On clicking the
payment details button
,the screen on upper
right will appear.
 User is required to fill
the accurate details.
 User can choose the
bank name from drop
down list as shown in
the screen on lower
right or click the others
button and filling the
bank name in textbox.

 Click on submit button ,after error free submission


of the payment details an appropriate message box
will appear as shown.
Complaint registration by
customer
 User can register a
complaint by clicking
on complaint
registration button
from the home page.
 A form will appear
asking about
complaint type and
description.
 Select the both from
the drop down list and
click submit.
 On error free
submission a message
box will appear.
Customer logout
Just click on logout button in order to log out from
the account. The screen below will appear after
successful logout.
Employee login
Employees of the organizations can
view their respective tasks using this
software.
User type: employee
 Select employee as
user type.
 Provide user ID and
password.
 On providing the valid
user ID and password
and clicking the login
button, we will reach at
the home page of
employee.
Employee home..
This page contains the information regarding the
tasks assigned by the administrator that employee
need to solve.
Updating the task status
 After the completion of task employee needs to
update the status of task from Assigned to Solve
and then click on update button, a message box will
appear.
Employee logout
Just click on logout button in order to log out from
the account. The screen below will appear after
successful logout.
