Overview
• A new large horsepower gear reducer developed for
applications in the bulk materials handling industries.
• The product provides high quality reducers for
applications with motor horsepower from 75 Hp to
over 2,000 HP (55 Kw to over 1,500 Kw) with a 1.5
service factor
• Sizes up to 390,000 in-lbs (44,000 N-m) torque will be
helical or bevel helical
• Sizes from 525,000 in-lbs (60,000 N-m) torque will be
based on planetary gear technology proven in the
Dodge CST
• Speed adjustment may be achieved with VFD
• Mechanical soft start can be provided via a shaft or
base mounted fluid coupling
