Helicopter Refuelling System For H1103 CSBC LPD Project: Operating Manual & Commissioning Procedure
The document provides commissioning procedures for a helicopter refueling system over 4 days. It involves installing nameplates, checking connections, conducting a system walkdown, priming and flushing the system, transferring fuel between tanks, and conducting helicopter refueling and defueling operations. The system consists of storage, service, and waste tanks, as well as treatment, distribution, and refueling units to supply fuel from shore, transfer it between tanks, and refuel helicopters. It can refuel helicopters via pressure or gravity and defuel back to waste tanks.
