The internship was carried out at Peacock solar(Blitzjobs).
Under the guidance of all the team leaders.
It was a very useful experience working with all team mates and team
leaders at Blitzjobs.
It was Work from home.

To learn uploading candidate’s CV.
Taking telephonic interviews.
Sending TPO mails to respective institutions.
Forming database like, uploading job description from different
websites like – Internshala, LinkedIn etc.

Peacock Solar is an Indian Company registered as SANGAM SMESCO PVT. LTD., is an IIT-ISB Alumni backed venture which specializes in Solar Energy Services offering the premium standard of professionalism and
deals in providing a hassle-free Solar panel installation along with online monitoring of system performance.
The Residential Rooftop Solar Accelerator Instrument is a lease model which focuses resolute barriers to the disposition of rooftop solar through key features like standardising product offering, accessible financing
options and approach to debt financing by minimising off-taker risk.
It has installed near about 250+ Projects of 5 KW of each during the pilot in Kota, Rajasthan. This initiative has mobilized $1 million revenue and has saved up to 1,600 tons of carbon emissions. Also, it is planning to
install near about 5 KW projects for almost 20,000 households which will generate a revenue of $75 million and will slacken the 130,000 tons of carbon emissions by 2022.
In 2018, the organization has been funded by the UNICEF which in a way uphold the company’s vision to provide Solar panel installations across worldwide. Almost more than 600 trees have been saved since the
initiative. In 2018, the venture got recognized by the CLIMATE FINANCE LAB as one of the top 9 global ideas for a reliable and sustainable environment.
Almost 50+ solar panels have been installed at homes across the state. As nature gives treasures to humans similarly technology is the key to it

MONITORING: Along with delivering the premium services an online monitoring of the system performance

Company policies and
guidelines
Recruitment process: The candidates will be offered the internship in different departments on the basis of resumes and
telephonic interviews or virtual interviews conducted as per the rules of the company between allotted time-slot and decided day.
Meetings: All the meetings regarding any task will be carried out on no other app than Google Meet. Also the induction on the
first day of internship will be4 carried out through the same platform.
Expectations: The interns are expected to complete their daily or weekly tasks on time and pending or piling of works might lead
to dismissal of the respective intern.
Queries: The doubts will be cleared by the team leaders assigned to the particular groups at the commencement of the internship.
Also if the issues are not resolved regarding the tasks then the interns can connect with higher authorities which would be
initiated by the team leaders only.
Reports: The interns are required to provide a daily report regarding their tasks which will be submitted through google forms to
their respective team leaders.
Rewards and recognition: The interns will be honoured will the certificates of appreciation only and only if they complete their
tasks before deadline. They will be selected as the interns of the week according to the criteria’s like the specific task must be crisp
and valid in its nature i.e. up to the expectations of the company.
