the centers during lesson time, and when its clean up time I put a timer and music for the students if the music is
finished they know that time is up.
• I will try to put a schedule for the students in the wall.

Thematic analysis
1- Be more organized
2- Follow the classroom rules
3- They didn’t take too long from the class time
• Analysis: After collecting my data using the checklist, used timer for the students to help them finish their
cleaning up after actives on time. I found that the timer helped students to be more organized for example,
Zayed is always late in completing his activities; however, I noticed he took 5 minutes to clean up. Another
finding is following the classroom rules. For instance, Noura is not known for following class rules; however,
when the teacher's encouragement and personal support, she was able to take 5 minutes. Finally, use the class
time effectively. For example, we can see that Maktoum took 8 minutes because he never checked the timer,
but after practice with him the timer he checks the time and he finish cleaning up earlier, also for Sultan he
took 7 minutes because he always playing around timer, but after practice with him the timer, check list refers
to students manger their time by using timer, we can see on week 1 most of the students took too long to
finish cleaning up, and some of them they look to the timer and finish one the time, I decided to give the
students more practice to use the timer during the activity time and after the activity ( cleaning up time), and I
notice that most of the students improved and they finished on the time, but some of them need more practice
of using the timer such as Maktoum, Majeda and Laith.
Reflection
• In this action, the student will be able to follow class room rules, manage their time, and be more
organized they will not take too much time to do their activity in the centers because they will learn
and practice how they manage their own time, it's important because given the limited amount of
time you have in a day, you want to make the most of it. It’s easy to get caught up in a frenzy of
activities and achieve less. when I use a timer on the board first time the students don't know what
this is, then I explain it to them, I told them this is timer when the time be 00:00 you will stop doing
your activity, I notice some of the students follow the rule, but when I used it the second time the
students know they have to stop when the timer is stopped, this techniques helps me to know how
is follow the classroom rules and how is not follow it, and its helps my lesson to run smoothly and I
can manage my lesson, and also its It helps the students to achieve their goals faster
• ” Proper time management makes you more effective. Instead of getting caught up in
multitasking, you focus on one activity at a time for a specified duration. This way, you give it
your best, which results in you are achieving your goals faster. For instance, if you want to
improve your grades in a specific subject, at the Global Indian International School slotting in
some extra time to work on it will help you raise your grades faster.”
Reflection and TP Competency planning for learning
for clean-up time when they finish their activities they listen to Support needed First of all, we will need some of iPad to
download edmentum app, and take the students list names

and this way took a less time to finish the lesson, also makes the
• While the students learn how to use technology to use or write letters their ability will improve to use
edmentum app technology, and we will build more advanced generation. Technology provides students with
easy-to-access information, accelerated learning, and fun opportunities to practice what they learn. It enables
students to explore new subjects and deepen their understanding of difficult concepts, particularly in STEM,
the importance of including activity in our classroom Helps connect students to the real world, prepares
students for the workforce, to thrive in the 21st-century workplace, students need to have more than a
working knowledge of certain technological tools (electronic calendars, web pages, teleconferencing,
electronic whiteboards, etc.). By integrating these technologies into the regular curriculum, institutions are
ensuring that their students are prepared for the modern office.
• Students are enjoyed while they use iPad in the classroom because they learned into different and new way.
• When we play together with the student the letter game, they are saying the sound of letter correctly because
the feel carious to see and know what the story is about.
Reflection 2
• I had a peer observation the lesson integrated math and English, lesson
outcome is R4L: Seeing Skill - Odd one outD24: numbers E31 R4l: seeing
skills – odd one out , KDIs: phonological awareness math: greater than,
less than an equal, at the end of the lesson I gave the students a
formative assessment we play an online game about greater than, less
than an equal , there is a two group of fruits and the students have to
count them and see which group have the greater number or less
number or equal, and they have to put the signs > , < ,= this online game
allowed me to see who is understanding the concepts and who is not,
students enjoy this game and they wont to play it again, they able to
understand the greater than, less than an equal signs, also they learn to
count faster, My MST she choose for me only the low level students
they are only 3 students , Zayed, Souad and Reyoof.

• After collecting the data of the low students for the thematic analysis, the theme
of this data is about students able to develop their English and math skills by using
online App ‘edmentum app’ and some online games’, I collected my data by using
the sticky note for each child, I decided to focus with the low students because
analysis
they we need to help them to develop their math and English skills by using the
modern way of teaching ‘implementing online apps’
• We can see that Reyoof has some difficulty on counting object, and she cannot
count backward and forward 1 to 20, I gave her a lot of practice on edmentum app
and I help her to count and also to write the numbers for 2 weeks then I observe
her again in the edmentum app and set with her in each math lesson also I gave
her to see a lot of explanation on edmentum app and solve some question, she
improved but she need more time, then I observe her in again I and notice some
improvement with Reyoof she able to count object and count backward and
forward regarding my sticky notes observation, then I notice that Saoud and
Reyoof has the same difficulty they doesn’t know what is the meaning of rhyming
words, I work with both of them, on edmentum app we solved some Questions
about rhyming words, on the next week I notice some improvement with them
but they need more practice, so I deiced to let them listen to some poems of
Thematic: rhyming words, in the last week I let them to solve the question on edmentum

more creative and use their critical thinking because
Action 3 To reach this goal I will give the students some arts creativity developmental student’s skills, improve
techniques to make them use their critical thinking and language development in young children, Children also
be more creative.
1. read for the students a story and choose a character from practice imagination and experimentation as they invent
the story and re draw it by them self new ways to create art.

How will you provide evidence of the success of creativity criteria: Creativity is defined as a 4-criterion construct, which includes attributes of novelty, utility, aesthetics, and
the action authenticity. Novelty attribute stipulates that a creative work brings something new into being, which presents a new conceptual
framework and/or modifies or violates an exist- ing one,
Engaging in the creative process has immense benefits. *Creativity:
• boosts mental health
• increases the ability to problem solve
• improves comfortability with change and failure
• embraces our curiosity
Link art with subjects:
1. I linked literacy subject with Art (creative) I read for the students not a box story and I asked them we have all of these boxes what we
should make of it? The students plan their idea in the paper that draw it then they shared their ideas and next day they create what they
draw.
2. For the second literacy, I read for the student’s water princes story and then they choose the character for the story and chance it to do
any other characters, most of them they choose giraffe.

the students have a lot of creativity criteria such as project tasks showed fluency,

a good critical thinking and they think out of the box. We can see that shamma plan
before she does her idea, she uses her critical thinking to do something unique by
using the box, also for laith he plan on the paper and draw the idea he want to do a
car by using the box.
