MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
USING QR CODE
DESCRIPTION:
“QR Code Based Attendance Management System” is a
combination of two android applications developed for taking
and storing the attendance of the students on the daily basis in
the college. Here the professor, who is handling the subjects, will
be responsible to mark the attendance of the students. Each staff
will be given an android application that is used for taking
attendance and generate the overall attendance status. An
accurate report based on the student attendance is generated
here. Report of the student’s attendance on weekly and monthly
basis is generated as desired.
OBJECTIVES:

The objective of this study is to give a

solution to the problem in the existing system
and to create a system that will help the
school to make the attendance monitoring
more accurate and to prove that the system
developed is effective and helpful. This study
is generally to monitor the students and
teachers; attendance and to evaluate
performance, according to their attendance.

PURPOSE/GOAL

The purpose of this study is to identify the problems

regarding the attendance monitoring of the School and to
implement what is needed by the school. This study is to
enhance students’ and teachers’ attendance performance
and school security. This study will develop a system to help
the staff and make their attendance monitoring easy and
their work with less effort.
With the system, provides a user-friendly environment and
effective performance system, this will provide an easier and
faster access to the data of every student and teacher in
their Attendance Report.
Features

1. The QR code is easy to generate and it's free. QR code generators are
available online for free and there is also other software where you can
download the generators for free and can be used even when not online. If a
student tends to forget his/her QR code, generating a new one only takes
seconds.
2. Scans very quickly with a 2-dimensional barcode. QR codes are two-
dimensional codes making it very easy to use because they carry a lot of
information both vertically and horizontally and can be printed or save on the
phone for scanning.
3. Paperless. The attendance system doesn't use much paper since everything is
done digital making it very environment-friendly and use a lot of paper
compared to the traditional way of checking attendance.
4. Apps Available Free on Android Smart Phones. Compared to other
attendance systems available now and costs a lot of money making it
impossible for the public sector to afford.
5.The attendance system being used here are completely free on Android
smartphones and Microsoft Excel for creating the summary.
6. System doesn't require internet connection. Aside from downloading the apps on
the Google play store, the rest of the system doesn't require an internet connection.
QR codes can be generated offline and scan students QR codes using the QR
attendance Control App can also be used without an internet connection. This is very
useful especially if your school is located in remote areas where internet and phone
signal are limited.
7. Very Fast and Efficient. Whether printed or saved on the phone, whatever size as
long as it's not stretched, scanning QR codes only takes a few seconds making
attendance checking for the whole class fast and efficient.
8. Ideal for a Big Class. Checking attendance especially if a teacher has a big class
normally takes a lot of time to figure out who's absent or not. With the use of QR
codes, scanning each one of their codes only takes second which makes checking
quick and easy. An ideal type of system if you have a lot of sections and students
teaching every day.
E-_VOTING SYSTEM
DESCRIPTION:

E-voting is an election system that allows voters to record a

secret ballot and have it tabulated electronically. Votes are
stored so they can be re-counted should the need arise.
E-voting systems can speed up election results and lower
the cost of conducting an election by significantly reducing
the number of people required to operate a polling place
and tabulate results. A primary concern with e-voting,
however, is how to store votes so they can be recounted if
required.
OBJECTIVE:

The e-voting system provides a voting service that

allows people to vote from any poll site in the
country electronically. This system encompasses
legal,regulatory,behavioral, and sociological
aspects of the current voting system, while adding
additional convenience and security to the overall
voting process
PURPOSE/GOAL

This system is designed to improve the current

voting process in the following ways:
1.allows voters to vote from any poll site in the
country without the use of absentee ballots.
2. reduce the number of legitimate votes not
counted by reducing the number of over-votes, and
eliminating vote tampering
3. improve the registration process by allowing
voters to check their registration status prior to
voting and centralizing registration database.
4. increase voter confidence and improve the voting
experience.

uses internet that allows faculty to manage class grades and
submit grades, Professors/teachers can access list of
students for each class that they are teaching and perform
standard school management such as to submit final
grades ,incompletes, and failed information. This
information is stored in the database Mysql. This
information becomes part of student’s academic records
and transcripts.
OBJECTIVES

This study aims to improve the manual

submission of grades to the Registrar’s office
of name of school by developing and designing
Grading System with Grade Viewing that will
be secured and reliable in keeping the
records.
PURPOSE/GOAL
The proponents develop a system that will
enable the parents and students to view their
grades online and for teachers for convenient
and ease of work in posting announcements
and updating the grades of the students.
Teachers
Using the system will enable the teachers of
SCHOOL to submit and update the grades of
student online as well as post announcement.
