This document describes Photopia's capabilities for modeling lighting optics and materials. Photopia can model color mixing and dispersion over beam angle, design parametric reflectors and lenses, model LED sources based on measurements, model scattering from measured BRDF/BTDF data, model particle scattering, and model volumetric scattering and spectral conversion in materials. Photopia provides realistic simulations of lighting systems to analyze optical performance.
