This study aimed to determine the demographic profiles, health awareness levels, and stress management strategies of selected BPO employees in the National Capital Region of the Philippines. A descriptive correlational research design was used where 400 call center agents were sampled. Data on demographics, health awareness (physical, mental, emotional), and stress management strategies were gathered using surveys. Frequency counts, t-tests, and ANOVA were used for statistical analysis to determine relationships between demographics and health awareness and stress management.
