Event Description
Selena held her Charity Concert benefiting Yolanda Victims at the Mall of
Asia Complex, Pasay, Metro Manila, on August 13,2017 at 5pm to 10pm. to
promote “Sound the Alarm,” an worldwide call to raise funds to help million of
children and families affected by the typhoon.
Hosted by Jake Whetter of Radio Disney and joined by special musical
guests Big Time Rush and Noah Guthrie, Selena Gomez & The Scene performed
lifesaving. The Concert will benefit to the need of the affected Filipino’s( foods,
clean water , medicines ,education to children and family affected by the
typhoon).

To make sure that the event will run smoothly
and stress free as planned.
The following should be done.

Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay, Metro Manila.

Given the said services the client agreed on paying the amount of
Php 13,027,500

The client Miss Selena Gomez agreed on paying 50% deposit upon
agreement (refundable) and the remaining 50% will be paid on the said event .

The Planners will be responsible for setting up and down for materials and
equipment used in the said event .
