 Improve customer service,
 Implement a feedback system,
 Highly secure.
Stakeholder Analysis

 conducting stakeholder analysis begins with identifying

all possible stakeholders who could be affected by the
project or have an interest in it
 uses by project management to identify individuals or
groups that show interest in the project, their concerns,
and how the project will affect them
 aims to provide a complete list of important
stakeholders who require regular updates on the
project's progress, communication on particular topics

Table of Stakeholder
User Profiling

 involves collecting and analyzing data to create a

detailed representation of an individual's interests,
needs, and desires for personalization
 It can be done through various methods and
algorithms
 An individual's data and preferences are kept in a
user profile
 It functions as a digital representation of a user's
identity within a certain operating environment,
such as an operating system, software program, or
website

Data Gathering Analysis

 The process of collecting and storing essential information about the courier
service is referred to as data,
 Customer needs, surveillance systems, Navigation systems, customer
reviews, and intelligent data extraction methods can all be used to collect
data,
 Qualitative and quantitative methods for gathering data,
 In Qualitative methods, Interviews, Questionnaires, and Focus Group are
used.
 In quantitative, survey, Statistical Modeling, and experiment methods are
used.

Usability goals, guidelines and competitive analysis
Identifying usability goals:
. Efficiency
An important usability goal for a courier management system created for human-computer
interaction is efficiency.
Memorability
. Memorability is the design of a system so that after a brief training stage, users can recall how
to operate it.
Minimizing errors
. The purpose of error reduction is to build a system that reduces the chances for users to make
mistakes and makes it simple for them to correct mistakes when they do.
Subjective satisfaction
. The aim of subjective satisfaction seems to be to build the system in a way that fits user
requirements and preferences, and that people find entertaining utilize.
Learnability
. The purpose of learnability is to develop a system where users can rapidly and effectively
learn to operate that does not necessitate extra training.
Design Principles Mapping With the Usability Goals

Visibility: . Visibility refers to the clear display of information and elements, which can be achieved through
principles like clear information display, proper color contrast, recognizable symbols and icons, and
appropriate font style and size.

Feedback: Providing effective feedback for a courier management system requires following design
principles that enhance user experience.
Constraints
To ensure an effective courier management system, it is essential to incorporate design principles that focus
on constraints.
Consistency
When designing a courier management system, it's important to incorporate design principles related to
consistency. These principles include maintaining a consistent layout, visual design, navigation, and language
and terminology throughout the system.
Affordance
When designing a courier management system, designers should keep affordance in mind as a design
principle, which refers to how an object is perceived and how it should be used.
Mapping
Designers of a courier management system should consider mapping as a crucial design principle to ensure
the interface is easy to understand. Mapping refers to how the system layout relates to user interactions.
As per the current market scenario of Nepal, we have conducted competitive analysis on two competitor which seem to be "KTMCourier" and "Kourtier Couriers Pvt. Ltd."

Competitive analysis
A Competitive Analysis is an essential aspect in the development of a courier management system for
human-computer interaction. It requires researching and evaluating the benefits and drawbacks of
competitor system on the market.

Prototype and Design

 Order Management : manage orders effectively by

allowing customers to place orders and provide details such
as pickup and delivery locations, package weight, and
service type.
 User Management : provide the admin the ability to
oversee user accounts, assign them various roles, and limit
their access to certain features
 Reporting and Analytics : produce reports containing data
on various metrics, such as the number of orders, delivery
times, and pickup times.
 Billing and Payment : facilitate online payment processing
for the customers and issue payment receipts for their
reference

Parallel Design

 A widely-used design methodology that involves a group of team

members collaborating to develop an initial layout,
 Each team member is provided with the same set of requirements,
 This technique is highly effective,
 Each designer's unique perspective and ideas,
 Parallel graph technique can be more time-consuming.

Participatory Design

 Participatory Design is a design technique, also termed as Co-

operative, Co-design, or co-creation design,
 It entails a number of methods that are beneficial to a project's
discovery and ideation phases,
 The goal of the participatory design method is to involve all
participants in the design process,
DECIDE Framework

 a structured and systematic approach utilized for

assessing the usability of a product.
 It entails an examination of the product's design
components and comprehensive unit testing
 the first step involves defining the assessment
objectives and identifying pertinent questions.
Subsequently, evaluators must employ appropriate
methodologies and approaches to answer these
questions,
 Lastly, evaluators analyze, interpret, and present
their findings to stakeholders.

Usability Testing
• To conduct a successful usability test for a courier management system, it is important to first define the
testing objectives and goals.
• Once the testing objectives have been defined, it is important to recruit participants who represent the
target users of the system. This can include couriers, dispatchers or customer service representatives,
depending on the intended use of the system.
• After recruiting participants, it is important to develop test scenarios that reflect common tasks users
would perform in the system.
• Once the test scenarios have been developed, it is time to conduct the testing itself. During the testing
process, participants should be observed as they complete the test scenarios, and feedback should be
collected on their experience using the system.
• After the testing has been completed, it is important to analyze the results and identify any usability
issues that were identified during the testing process.
Heuristic Evaluation

 Expert evaluators examine an interface or product to find any possible usability

issues,
 System visibility
 User flexibility and control
 Standards and consistency,
 Error prevention,
 Recognition rather than recall,
 Aesthetic and minimalist design
 Assist users in recognizing, diagnosing, and recovering from errors,
 Help and documentation.
Conclusion

 To create an efficient and user-friendly Super Sonic Express courier management

system,
 it is crucial to prioritize human-computer interaction in the design process,
 conducting user research, creating prototypes, and conducting usability testing,
 a well-designed courier management system can increase the efficiency and
productivity of the courier company,
 leading to higher customer satisfaction and business growth.
