Introduction
• In recent times Tourism industry is growing exponentially. Many countries (ex: Dubai) depend on
tourism for their economy.
• India has the potential to be world famous tourist destination.
• People all over the world are not aware of India’s rich Heritage and its long History.
• Tourist in India face many problems like finding best suitable stays, best places to visit, travelling,
etc.
• Therefore, we have decided to build a system where all the information about tourism will be
available at a single place.
Literature Survey
• Literature has been carefully studied for the present research study in order to gain a better
understanding of the promotional tools and strategies used by other tourism departments at the
state, national, and international levels, as well as their conceptual framework and models
developed for the implementation of tourism marketing strategies.
• We have referred about 10-12 research papers over the internet.
• Taking the valuable insights from every required paper we have developed this system. There are
some development which we will bring in our website including the “know others” section where
the users will be able to communicate with other tourists.
Problem Definition
• Tourism is one of the most important sector and contributes about 5.8% of the GDP according to
the 2021 statistical data.
• India being a vast country with variety of people all around. A single city could take a month or
more to explore and understand for a traveler.
• To manage the tourism industry of such a huge country is a challenging task.
• So a guiding website which could help tourists to get an overview of place and understand local
people and surrounding before actually visiting it would be helpful.
Proposed System Explanation
• This is a full-fledged web application providing users an easy access to travelling guide all over
India. This website would be helpful for tourists to find best places in India and explore best
seasonal destinations.
• Information including details about exciting tourist destinations, best and affordable stay options,
transport facilities, pricing details about everything would be available on a single click.
• A HTML-CSS based website where a blogging section would showcase all the details about travel.
On the other hand users would also be able to select a desired package and reserve their seat for
the same.
Features of Proposed System
• Exploring India to depth.
• Explanation, and complete details about places all over India.
• The Tour Guide acts as a tourist keeper and maintains their safety.
• Travelers could plan for the trip by their own, reading the blogs on the website.
• Providing best packages to the travelers based on their interests.
• Planning a customized trip.
• Providing exciting group travel options.
• Website will be helpful for new travelers to get an idea about the country as a
whole.

• The website could play an important role in booming the Tourism Industry of India.
