Overview of the company

• JPMorgan Chase & Co. is an American multinational investment bank and


financial services holding company headquartered in New York City.

• JPMorgan Chase is incorporated in Delaware.

• As of 2021, JPMorgan Chase is the largest bank in the United States.


• Its the world's largest bank by market capitalization, and the fourth-largest
bank in the world in terms of total assets.

• Its total assets are of US$3.758 trillion.


Internship Description

Virtual experience is more of following instructions and completing the


given tasks. It gives a glimpse of various things required to develop a data
analytics application.
 
I would describe my virtual experience in three parts:
 
•Establishing Data Feed (Python Testing, Git and Spinning up a local
server along with Socket Connections)
 
• Bit of Front End Web Development using React and TypeScript
(Plotting Graph)
 
•Data visualization (Making them more interactive with Perspective).
Abstract
► The first week, given tasks of project works and other analysis mainly
considered of establishing Data Feeds. The Software internship offers guided
documents for each task / practical work experience and an introduction to
creating and improving web-based systems.

► Front End Web Development using React and Type Script, 2 involves editing
a few files in the client side React application. We can see the progress in Task
2, because we are working towards rendering a graph with certain information
displayed in a specific way
Tasks
• Task 1 requires you to edit a few methods in a python file, so the
information from the server used properly by the client to formulate
certain
  data.

• Task 2 involves editing a few files in the client side React application.

• We can see the progress in Task 2, because we are working towards


rendering a graph with certain information displayed in a specific way.

• Task 3 had editing two files in the React application to update the
graph to display more useful information for the financial traders who
would use the application.

Conclusion
• I hereby conclude that , from my Internship at JP Morgan Chase &
co., I was able to get a better understanding of how the corporate
industry works and how effective the developers are.

• I enjoyed completing my tasks with the guided documents provided,


to devise and implement different terminologies.

• However I still have a long way to go in understanding the aspects


of the software development, and need to build up my skills as well.

• Overall, I found the experience to be positive, and I’m sure I’ll be


able to use the skills I learned in my career later.
