The document reports on network issues observed on Node A on May 17th and 18th 2012. On the 17th, a high number of alarms was observed and Node A was reconfigured. A follow up on the 18th found no new alarms but the repeater was no longer locking onto its usual cell and was instead finding new sites, suggesting changes to the serving site.
