Supporting Documents
• Submit one type of document (multiple pages) to one attachment
type, do not submit one page document per one attachment:
passport, evidence of funds, etc

• Do not send the requested document to email as it will delay the


process

the MRZ

Make sure to put the page 4 of passport for name change, name
correction

• New Passport Update

 Applied online
Select 'Update details' > 'Change of passport details' in ImmiAccount.
 Applied on paper
Complete Form 929 and send by email to 929@homeaffairs.gov.au

• Entry of stay:
 Incorrect answer to the length of stay can trigger unnecessary
health requirement

 Multiple entries: indicate if required

 Travel to New Zealand


Request for multiple entry and provide travel itinerary

• Group processing:
family or related applications (eg. School group, Incentive) should be
grouped together

• Fee Waive
Special category entry “is the applicant a representative of a foreign
government or member of exempt group?”
Select ‘YES’, if applicant is a government official & purpose of travel
is representing the government. This is not applicable for Tourism
purpose.
