ABSTRACT
 The deployment of a cloud-based blood bank and donor management application using DevOps
tool can greatly benefit the healthcare industry
 By using cloud-based platform ,organizations can improve their agility and reduce time to
market, while ensuring high availability and scalability of the application
 The implementation procedure involves defining the scope and requirements, setting up the
development environment, developing the application, using DevOps tools for continuous
integration and delivery, deploying the application to the cloud, monitoring and managing the
application, and maintaining and updating the application over time

 Overall, the deployment of a cloud based blood bank and donor management application using
DevOps tool can help healthcare organizations
INTRODUCTION

 The main aim of developing this system is to provide blood to the people who are in need
of blood. The number of persons who are in need of blood are increasing in large number day by
day.

 Using this system user can search blood group available in the city and he can also get contact
number of the donor who has the same blood group he needs. In order to help people who are in
need of blood this Online Blood Bank management system can be used effectively for getting
the details of available blood groups and user can also get contact number of the blood donors
having the same blood group and within the same city

 So if the blood group is not available in the blood bank user can request the donor to donate the
blood to him and save someone life Using this bank management system people can register
himself or herself who want to donate blood
EXITING SYSTEM

 There are two type of process in the exiting system :

The blood donation process by donor and
blood request process by hospital
 In both process and administrator is in charge of managing the blood inventory in the blood
bank
 When a new donor comes to donate blood if they are new a registration process must be done
before donating
Once the donated, a donor is given the donor identification card with their name blood type and a
barcode to be used as a reference for future donations
 Only blood bank administrators have the authority to access their donors records since the system is
only available for their use within the organization this make it difficult for donors to make changes to
their personal information within the system that is for donors to update their personal information
PROPOSSED SYSTEM

BLOOD DONOATION PROCESS BY DONORS:

 When a new donor comes to donate blood, they are required to fill out their personal
information during the registration process before making a donation
 After the donation, the donor is given a donor identification card with their name,
blood type and a barcode to be used as a reference for future donations

BLOOD REQUEST PROCESS BY HOSPITALS:

 Hospitals can request for blood by calling in or e-mailing the blood bank the
type of blood and the quantity that is in need
 The administrator is responsible in checking the availability of the blood type
according to the request
 If the requested blood type is available the administrator will withdraw the
blood form the inventory and transfer it to the hospital

CONCLUSION

 In conclusion, the deployment of a cloud-based blood bank and donor management

application using DevOps tool can greatly benefit the healthcare industry By using
cloud-based infrastructure and DevOps practices organizations can improve their
agility and reduce time to market while also ensuring high availability and scalability
of the application
 DevOps practices such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated
testing can help ensure the application is reliable, secure, and meets the needs of both
donors and blood bank staff The use of cloud-based infrastructure can also provide
cost savings, reduce infrastructure complexity, and improve disaster recovery
capabilities Overall, the deployment of a cloud-based blood bank and donor
management application using DevOps tools can help healthcare organizations
improve their operational efficiency, enhance patient care, and ultimately save lives
FUTURE ENHANCEMENT
 The application can be enhanced by incorporating advanced analytics and reporting capabilities This
would enable the application to provide insights into donor and blood inventory trends enabling blood
banks to better plan manage their resource
 The application can be enhanced by incorporating blockchain technology to improve the security and
transparency of blood supply chain management This would enable donors and blood bank staff to trak
and verify the authenticity of blood products from donor to recipient
 Overall, there is a wide scope for future enhancements and improvements to a cloud –based blood
bank and donor management application deployed using DevOps tool. By incorporating new
technologies and features, blood banks can improve their operational efficiency enhance patient
care, and ultimately save more lives
