(If you worry about passing a test or exam, rather than fret or worry about it you should study well. KEEP IN MIND, YOUTH. As an individual, stress can be part of our lives. Everyone– adults, teens, or even children can experience stress. Stress happens physically, emotionally and mentally. A small amount of stress can be good, motivating you to perform well.
