Your Onboarding Overview

This document provides an overview of onboarding activities and support roles for a new employee at GHD. The new employee will complete onboarding activities in the company's system and connect with their manager and buddy before their first day. During the first 90 days, the manager will provide an overview of the onboarding plan, introduce the new employee to their team, and meet regularly to clarify expectations. A buddy and fast-track PM mentor will also meet with the new employee to help them build relationships, learn about project delivery, and integrate into the company. The people team and IT administrators will ensure the new employee's systems, equipment, and workspace are ready.
