1.These automatic machines have software that can upload the data to MES server.
2. The final check would get the test result of hi-pot, pre-heating & function test from MES server.
3. The MES software have been developed by supplier in Factory.
4. For further software information, you need to contact PIC.

Line Status
A system with an interface module installed in key process station to indicate the status of the station and material’s status.
Material status is integrated with the KANBAN system which is came along with the MES server. Line status equipped with 2 LED
light installed on top of the station, red and green.
