Recommendation:
• Recommendations:
• Considering the results, the researcher would recommend that the
Department of Education should revisit the duties and responsibilities
of the teachers. This is to ensure that the teachers focus only on the
teaching-learning process.

• It is also suggested to the Department of Education to hire more

teachers in order to reduce the volume and complexity of the workload
on teachers. Where possible, the school administrators to address
issues around the volume, complexity, and perceived fairness of
teachers’ workload and talk to the teachers about how to achieve a
work/life balance
• 3. School Administrators should focus on professional wellness of
teachers in order to ensure that the teacher can flourish and promote
better classroom climates that enable high quality teaching that
would lead to students’ success.
• School Administrators should take actions to increase teachers well-
being such as the following:
• Promote teacher learning
• Ensure teachers feel cared for and appreciated, and reward good
work
• Ensure good social support for teachers.
• Provide quality mentoring for all teachers
• Encourage teachers to use healthy coping strategies
• Implement social and emotional training programs
