The average sea temperatures along the coast of Kenya range from about 23°C in July to about 29°C in April, providing comfortable swimming conditions year-round. While swimming in the morning has benefits like increased energy and empty pools, it can also cause stiff muscles and lack of energy due to low body temperature and metabolism in the early hours.

Swimming can improve mood of a person. For people with fibromyalgia,
swimming can decrease anxiety, and exercise therapy in warm water can decrease depression and improve mood. Water based exercise can improve health of pregnant people and has a positive effect on the person’s mental health. Energizing – nothing beats a swim session early in the morning to feel great before starting a work day. Stress relief exercise – contact with the water is very beneficial and helps to loosen up ythe body and the mind it is like a relaxing meditation in the water. Mood – lifting – swimming gives you a well – toned body, it increases your well-being and self confidence. The contact with the water also improves your mood when you feel tired or depressed.
