NS
CRICKET(BOYS)
1. Each team should give names of 13 players.
11-playing, 2-substitute
2. Overs – 5 overs
finals - 8 overs.
3. Tie match---->super over.
4. Any type of no ball will result in free hit.
5. 2 bouncers allowed in every over.
6. No runners allowed in any case.
7. 1 substitution allowed in case of injury while fielding only.
8. If respective team is not present at cricket ground on reporting time, NO
leeway will be given after which 1 over per 3 minutes will be deducted
from the side reporting late. No overs will be deducted from opponent
team.
9. Umpire’s decision is final.
10. Top 2 teams from each group will enter semi-finals.
11. All matches will be KNOCKOUT.

FOOTBAL
L
1. Matches will be 45 minutes ( 20 mins each half and 5 mins
break)
2. Matches will be of 8 sides and 4 substitutes.
3. Playing 8 and substitutes can be kept rolling for entire
game.
4. In case of draw, match will go to penalties
5. In case of penalties, 3 penalties per team will be given and 1 tie
breaker if required and after that sudden death
6. Referee’s decision will be final.
7. Penalties will be taken in 0 step from half line and the ball should
directly cross the goal line.
8. Standard rule of yellow card/red card :
yellow card – the players will not be allowed to play for 3 minutes
red card/2nd yellow card – the player will not be allowed to play
that whole match.
TABLE TENNIS

• Scoring:
• A match is played best 3 of 5 games. For each game, the first player to reach 11 points
wins that game, however a game must be won by at least a two point margin.
• If the ball doesn’t touch the opponent’s table and falls directly on the ground, the
server takes the point.
• The edges of the table are part of the legal table surface.
• Legal serve-The ball should first bounce on the server's side and then the opponent's
side.
• If the serve is legal except that it touches the net, it is called a let serve. Let serves are
not scored and are reserved.
• Toss the ball before serving.
• Equipment:
• The paddle should have a red and a black side. The ball should be either orange or
white and 40 mm in size.
DODGEBALL
• Each team should have 15 players and minimum 2 substitutes.
• There will be 3 sets : 5 mins, 3 mins, 3 mins.
• In case of tie 2 extra mins will be given.
Offence rules(throwing team) :
1. Players are not allowed to throw the ball beyond the line.
2. 3 warnings will be given after which 10 seconds will be deducted.
3. Players cannot interchange their positions.
• The ball should be collected by the team players only, the batchmates should not help them, if so
10 seconds will be deducted.
Defence rules(dodging team) :
• A player is considered out if the ball hits below the waist.
• A player cannot avoid the ball with their hands; otherwise 10 secs will be deducted.
• A team is NOT ALLOWED to change the SEQUENCE of players which come in for dodging.
• Matches will be held at Springdale ground.
• Umpire decision will be final
• If respective team is not present at reporting time, then 10 mins leeway will be given, after which
the team will be disqualified.
10 PASSES
• Strength of the team-10 players per team and 3 rolling substitutes.
• Boundary-Basketball court.
• Total Game time -15 minutes.
• Aim of the game1.The players have to pass the ball 10 times without the ball being knocked down, intercepted or
dropped.
• Rules1.The ball cannot be held for more than 3 seconds
• 2.When the ball is intercepted by the opposing team ,the later gets to restart the game.
• 3.The pass should be clean without fumbling by the receiver.
• 4.Players cannot run with the ball.
• 5.Defenders are not allowed to touch the player with ball or knock the ball out of the players hand.
• 6.If any team fails to complete 10 passes throughout the game ,extra 5 minutes will be given,post that number of fouls
made will be taken into consideration and the winning team will be decided.
• All matches will be held at SPRINGDALE GROUND.
• Umpire’s decision will be the final.
• If respective team is not present at reporting time, 10 minutes leeway would be given after which the team will be
disqualified.
• List of playing members must be submitted 1 hour before the match.
• Organizers have the right to change the schedule if necessary and respective teams would be notified 1 hour before incase
of a schedule change.
THROWBALL
• Each team should have 9 players and minimum 3 substitutes.
• There will be 3 sets 15 points, 15 points, 21 points.
• If any team wins first 2 straight sets, they will win the match.
• One timeout of 1 minute will be given to each team per set.
• The following fouls cannot be made:
• Fumble
• body touch
• Side change
• Jump and catch/throw
• Overhead
• Rotation in Z form
• Line cut
• Net touch (while service)
• Double catch
• Ball should be thrown from shoulder level
• Clashing of two players while catching the ball
• No delay in time more than 3 seconds for throwing the ball and more than 5 seconds while throwing a serve.
• All matches will be held at SPRINGDALE GROUND
• Umpire’s decision will be the final
• If respective team is not present at reporting time, 10 minutes leeway would be given after which the team will be disqualified.
• List of playing members must be submitted 1 hr before the match.

CRICKET(GIRLS)

• Each team should give names of 13 players in which 11 would be


playing and 2 substitutes.
• All matches will be KNOCKOUT matches.
• Group matches will be of 5 overs & final of 8 overs.
• In case of wide ball, ball will not be counted & +1 extra run will be
given.
• In case of no ball, ball will not be counted, +1 extra run & free hit will
be given.
• All group matches will be held at SPRINGDALE ground & semi-final
and final at STES cricket ground.
• Umpire decision will be final.
• If respective team is not present at cricket ground on reporting time,
NO leeway will be given after which 1 over per 3 minutes will be
deducted from the side reporting late. No overs will be deducted from
opponent team.
VOLLEYBA
LL
1. Sets will be 15-15-21 ( Running points)
2. Rotation is compulsory
3. Fouls :
• Line cut ( during service)
• Carry
• No tossing
• Shooting
• Service before whistle
4. Team is allowed for one match kick per set
5. One girl is allowed to play as the 6th player though not
compulsory
6. Attack line rule will be there
7. For tossing and line cut one warning will be given
8. 10 sec will be given for serve after the whistle
KHO KHO

1) The Running and Chasing side is decided by toss.


2) A team consists of 12 players in which two teams of 9 playing members play against each other
alternately in four turns or quarters 9 minutes of each.
3) Chasers team takes a sitting position in a cross line with opposite back in 8 squares and one player
stand near the poles.
4) Chasers team attempt to catch the running players while passing on Kho from one player to another.
5) Chaser player can move only in one direction without crossing the central line.
6) Chaser player can change his direction by touching the pole.
7) The points are awarded by the legal touch of chaser player to the running players.
8) An additional innings shall be played in case of equal points where time is compared to make one
player out.
 Fouls:
• If an Attacker touches a chaser sitting in the Square nearest the Posts.
• If an Attacker utters any word other than the word KHO
SHOTPUT

• Once the athlete's name is called they have 60 seconds to release the shot.
• The shot must be placed close to the neck and resting on the shoulder, while keeping it
in that position the entire time until it is released.
• The shot must be released above the height of the shoulder with one hand.
• The athlete is permitted to touch the inside surface of the stop line.
• The competitor must exit the circle from the back.
• Fouls:
 If a player does not pause within the circle before throwing motion.
 If a player allows the shot to drop below the shoulder.
 If the shot lands outside the boundaries of the sector or touches the sector line.
 If a player leaves the circle before the shot has landed or the competitor fails to leave
the circle from the back
100 MTS

• False Start – A player who reacts before the signal will be


disqualified.
• Sprinters should run in designated lanes and cannot cross
lanes, throughout the race.
• Sprinters shouldn’t step on white lines that mark their lanes
throughout the race.
• Athletes should not obstruct other athletes during the race .
400 MTR RELAY

• 4 players should participate.


• The baton can only be passed within the exchange zone.
• Exchanges made outside the zone based on the position of the baton
will be disqualified .
LUDO
• Token can only move out if the player rolls a SIX.
• First person to move all the 4 tokens in the home, wins the game.
• If all 4 tokens don’t go in home within 30 mins, then the player with maximum
tokens in home, wins.
• Landing on the opponent’s token sends the opponent’s token back to its base.
• Token will not be sent to its base in special box or on the start line.
• If a player gets 3 consecutive six, the players loses his chance.
