AND PRACTICAL APPLICATION RATHER THAN FORMAL INSTRUCTION.

CONTEXTUAL: IT IS HIGHLY CONTEXT-DEPENDENT AND MAY NOT BE EASILY


TRANSFERRABLE TO DIFFERENT SITUATIONS.

HARD TO TRANSFER: SHARING TACIT KNOWLEDGE OFTEN REQUIRES


DIRECT INTERACTION, OBSERVATION, OR HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE
