ADD ON PRODUCTS – OPPORTUNITY

• Add on products had great revenue potential in terms of collection.

• If we can sale banner to 20% of our paid clients it will generate


revenue of 85 lakhs.

• Similarly if we can sale JDRR to 15% of our paid clients is will generate
revenue of 64 lakhs.

• Same with website if we sale website separately to 10% of paid client


is will generate revenue of 81 lakhs.

• Also products like JD trust and JD verified had potential of generating


revenue of 60 lakhs if sold to 10% of paid clients.
PAID DATA – REQUIRED EXECUTIONS

• Training sessions on each add on products with proper product


checklist to gain maximum output from paid data resources.

• Weekly sessions will be organized for each add on product by weekly


best performer of that product.

• Weekly targets for add on products with special spot scheme.


PAID EXPIRED DATA

• Paid expired data means those businesses who were registered for
companies various products in past but currently not taking paid
services.

• Paid expired clients are very potential clients to approach for paid
listings as they have already taken just dial services but due to some
reasons haven’t renewed their contract.

• Currently CG had 8122 paid expired clients with revenue potential of


approx. 5.77 CR as per previous budget.

• CG expired data % is 3.24%.

PAID EXPIRED DATA – REQUIRED EXECUTIONS

• Expired data is most potential data for conversion as these customers


had already taken services.

• Product masters will be taking sessions on “how to convert sale from


expired data”.

• As of now we don’t have any specific team to provide feedback for


each expired data with proper format.

• Each manager will be given task with additional support from gls to
make sure each expired data is reached and right product is pitched.
B2B DATA
• Business-to-business (B2B) is a transaction or business conducted
between one business and another, such as a wholesaler and retailer

• Currently CG had 1125 paid B2B data and 1984 paid expired B2B data.

• B2B data is very potential data in terms of any business organization as


it can contribute maximum revenue to company.
UNSOLD INVENTORY
• Unsold inventory refers to the keywords in which TOP 5 positions are
vacant.

• Top 5 is one of the most salable product in just dial with 40% renewal
ratio.

• Unsold inventory is opportunity for customers to secure position in


top 5 listing in just dial platform. .

• Currently unsold inventory option is present on home page against


every contract in genio.

• The objective is to concentrate on PDG selling and to offer available


unsold inventory to the clients
LINE TRANSFER DATA

• Line transfer data refers to data which is generated through calls from
potential customers who wants to register for just dial services.

• Line transfer data is very potential data as clients keenly shown


interest in just dial services and called for demo.

• Currently CG branch had average 12 line transfers per day.


PROSUCT CHECKLIST FOR UNSOLD PRODUCTS

• Products checklist is a great tool for each executive to help them


understand their path of the day.

• We are working in this and this task will be completed by Jan 23.

• It will help executives to check which product is not sold to paid client.
