Calculation of report
Outcome
Nurses achieved 100% in soft skill, generally have improved in soft skill as compared to
the previous audit, 100% of staff achieved accurate and completeness of documentation
and 30% of staff fail in technical skill. This audit has shown only 70.00% of nurses have
achieved the required standard in the overall field of performance.

Strength
All the nurses able to perform soft skill while serving medication and accurate
documentation.

Weaknesses
Few staff did not conduct assessment, identify right patient and re-verified identity of the
right patient before serving medication. There is only 70% of the auditee able to calculate
dosage before dishing out

Areas for improvement


Sisters in charge must continue in auditing NNA procedures and have regular supervision
especially in calculation of dosage of medication; and educated staff to perform
assessment before serve certain medications.
