• Steps
• Define Goals and SMART Objectives : Determine the
main purpose of the event by clearly identifying yourself
with the event theme
• Set clear goals and Objectives to achieve during the event
• Financial Planning : Establish a detailed budget
covering all aspects of the conference, including venue,
speakers, catering, marketing, and any additional
expenses
• Venue and Date of the event :Choose appropriate dates
that accommodate the availability of key stakeholders and
also go ahead and confirm their availability to make sure
the event has meaning
• Marketing of the event :Come up with concrete
marketing strategies that will help the promote the event
to the target audience and also attract Gold stakeholders
to come on board
• Fully take charge of the available channels like social
media, x spaces and webiners to make sure the event
reaches a wider reach
• Registration and ticketing : Set up an online
registration platform for attendees to register and
purchase tickets and monitor how the registration process
takes place to have exact number of the attendees to
make sure the logistical planning of the event services is
well planned for
• AV Hiring and Logistics :Full coordination of the event
service providers to make sure each provider brings in
their services early enough so that the set ups can be
done and dry runs also done to make sure the hired AV,
screens, projectors etc are in good condition
• Accomodation and Transportation :Provide information
on transportation options to and from the venue and also
arrange accommodation for the attendees if needed
