Assessment 1: Technical MCQ and Written English Test (WET) - Cognitive
Assessment
• Technical MCQ:
◦ This round includes questions on data structures, algorithms, database fundamentals, cloud computing, and networking. The topics are
stream-specific, depending on your engineering specialization.
• Written English Test (WET):
◦ An essay writing task to evaluate your written communication skills. Focus on clarity, structure, and grammar.
• Cognitive Assessment:
◦ A game-based assessment that tests logical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. This also includes reasoning
challenges such as:
▪ Motion Challenge
▪ Digit Challenge
▪ Switch Challenge
▪ Grid Challenge
▪ Deductive and Inductive Reasoning Challenges (e.g., Similarity Grids).
◦ Additionally, a behavioral insight module called "Adept Essentials" will assess critical traits like adaptability and problem-solving
approaches.
Assessment 2: Coding Assessment

• Languages: Candidates can choose from C, C++, or Java for coding.


• Details:
◦ This round is mandatory for students eligible for higher package roles. Eligibility depends on both academic performance and
results from the Capgemini Exceller assessments.
◦ Stream-specific technical assessments will also play a role in determining higher packages.

Assessment 3: Spoken English Assessment

• This is an elimination round where students will be assessed on their reading, speaking, and listening abilities. Strong
communication skills are essential to progress.
Assessment 4: Technical Interview

• Focus:
◦ The technical interview assesses your problem-solving capabilities, along with your knowledge in core technical subjects like networking, cloud
computing, and databases.
◦ Interview questions may also focus on projects listed on your resume, and your ability to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world problems.
• HR Interview:
◦ Post the technical interview, there may be an HR round focusing on your communication skills, personality, and cultural fit for the organization.
