Abstract

This study deIves into the intricate landscape of consumers tastes and prefrences within the
context of Amul, a renowned dairy brand. This research aims to uncover the underIying dynami
-cs driving consumers choices in the dairy product market.

Consumers preference as defined as the subjective tastes of individuaI consumers, measured by


their satisfaction with those after they have purchased it. This research heIps you to know the
purchasing behaviour and satisfaction level of consumers towards Amul.

A study captioned “ ANALYSING TASTES AND PREFRENCES OF CONSUMER TOWARDS AMUL”

1. To identify the customer satisfaction towards Amul.

2. To analyze the tastes and preferences of consumers towards Amul.


Introduction.

Consumer tastes and preferences are pivotal factors influencing the success and sustainability
of any brand in the market. Amul a cooperative dairy brand has carved his commitment towards
his brand from many decades. Amul products are widely used by all age groups of peoples. Amul
Got registered on 14th December 1946 as a response to the exploitation of marginal milk produc
-ers.

Product Details: Amul offered various types of products in the market like Milk, Butter, Ghee,
cheese, different flavor milks, ice creams, chocolates, milk powder, etc.

Milk products have its own importance in the day to day life of people. It is very important for
the growth of children and it is also very important for all age group. Milk has always composite
demand because it has multiple uses.

4. Interview with distributors: We Interview distributors and retailers who sell Amul products to U
-nderstands consumer preferences from their perspective.
