identifying all aspects of a bakery operation.
It includes planning, organising, staffing, directing and
controlling the production, marketing and
distribution of baked goods.
From the procurement of raw materials to the final
sale of the product, bakery management ensures
efficiency, quality and profitability.

BAKERY MANAGER DEPARTMENT


I worked as a bakery manager in Rai
Bakery. I found that a bakery manger is
responsible for overseeing all aspects of
a bakery’s operations. They work in a
wide range of tasks, from managing
staff to ensuring product quality.
SALES AND MARKETING
DEPARTMENT

I worked in a sales and


marketing department. I
found that sales and
marketing manager is a
leader responsible for
driving revenue growth
and brand development.
It’s important to ensure
that both departments
are aligned towards
common goals.
FINANCE
DEPARTMENT
I worked in a finance
department. I found that a
finance manager is the
financial guardian of an
organisation.
It is responsible for overseeing
the financial health and
stability of a company.
It creates budgets, financial
models for the organisation.
CHIEF BAKER
DEPARTMENT
I worked as a chief baker
manager. I found that
they are essentially the
head of bakery.
They oversee all aspects of
the bakery’s operations,
from production to
customer service.
They are responsible for
hiring , training and
scheduling bakery staff.
INVENTORY
DEPARTMENT
I worked as an inventory
manager. I found that
they are responsible for
overseeing and optimizing
a company’s inventory
levels.
Their primary goal is to
ensure that the right
amount of products are
available at the right time,
while minimizing costs
and storage space.
SPECIFICATION
• We found a lot of things
special in Rai Bakery, but we
found something very
interesting and that is, the
famous Cheeze Cake.
• Only Rai Bakery in Chhindwara
provides cheeze cake to the
customers.
• The demand of Cheeze Cake is
very high over there, as it
really tastes good and also
cost effective.
LITERATURE

• The bakery industry,
characterised by its dynamic
nature and requires effective
management strategies.
• This literature review explores
the key areas of the bakery,
including production, supply
chain, marketing and technology.
• One of the most important factor
is pricing and promotion
stategies, they are crucial for
maximising revenue and market
share.
