STENGTHS

• Definition: These are internal attributes, resources, or capabilities that


provide an organization or individual with a competitive edge.
• Examples:
• A strong brand reputation.
• Skilled and experienced workforce.
• Superior technology or innovation.
• Strong financial position or abundant resources.
• Loyal customer base.
Purpose: Strengths should be leveraged to maximize opportunities and achieve
goals.
WEAKNESSES

• Definition: These are internal limitations or shortcomings that hinder


performance or competitive advantage.
• Examples:
• Lack of expertise or skills.
• Outdated technology or equipment.
• Poor customer service.
• High employee turnover.
• Inefficient processes or systems.
Purpose: Identifying weaknesses helps in addressing and improving areas that may
otherwise lead to failure.
OPPORTUNITIES

• Definition: These are external factors or trends that can be exploited to


benefit the organization or individual.
• Examples:

Purpose: Opportunities should be aligned with strengths to ensure sustainable

THREATS

• Definition: These are external challenges or risks that could negatively impact
the organization or individual.
• Examples:

• Changing consumer preferences.
• Legal or regulatory constraints.
• Supply chain disruptions.
Purpose: Identifying threats enables proactive risk management and mitigation
strategies.
