 Weuse adjectives to describe

possession over something!

 Adjectives
are very easily
confused with pronouns so we
have to be careful!

 Kada tvorimo komparative kratkih pridjeva
dodajemo nastavak –er (smarter, prettier,
bigger, braver)
 Jednosložnim se pridjevima dupla zadnji

glas
 Pridjevi koji završavaju na –y, dobivaju

nastavk –ier

 Tvorba superlativa: the + comparative+est

COMPARISON OD LONG
(VIŠESLOŽNIH) ADJECTIVES:
 Komparacija višesložnih pridjeva
jednostavnija je od komparacije jednosložnih
pridjeva (intelligent, beautiful, interesting)
 Comparative: more + adjective (more

beautiful, more intelligent)


 Superlative: the + most + adjective (the

most beautiful, the most intelligent)


 Kada uspoređujemo stvari pomoću pridjeva
