SAP PP Overview
SAP PP is a module in SAP which is used to manage
manufacturing process. It ensures materials and resources are
efficiently allocated
 Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Aligns material

needs with production schedules.


 Production Orders: Manages production execution and

tracking.
 Bill of Materials (BOM): Defines the structure of raw

materials for production.


 Routing: Specifies the operations and sequence for

manufacturing.
 Work Centre: Specifies the physical location

 Capacity Planning: Ensures resources are used

effectively.
