Patient_ID: The Patient Identification number entered in the
Patient_ID field will only be accepted by the system if it is more

possible value that will be accepted in this field is 00001 and the

Date_of_visit: The Date_of_visit field is recorded in the format of

dd/mm/yyyy whereby dd represents the day, mm represents the
month and yyyy represents the year. If the Date_of_visit is recorded
as specified it will be accepted and if not it will be rejected.

that are over-due using an over-due book report. The over-due book report used to display all book
