General Company Description
8889 Productions will be a photography and web design company, which will provide multiple packages featuring a combination of professional photography, video, website creation and content management.

Mission
Our mission is to provide professional, efficient web design, content management and photo and video services and production. We strive to deliver our clients an enjoyable, specialized process catering to their needs.

Vision
Our vision is to be the best at what we do and to be a premiere provider of our photography and web design services in our area.

Industry
The photography industry is project to grow 2.7% yearly through 2016, with wedding photography encompassing 28% of the entire market. Web services is also forecasted to increase by 9.9% Specializing in wedding photography and providing web services will put us in a favorable position to take advantage of the largest growing market in the industry. We have the ability to grow in our industry because of the low barriers to entry, the desire for photography and web design and the professional quality of our equipment that will help separate ourselves from our competition. Through the quality of work we will bring and our marketing strategy we have a chance to build a large customer base.

Legal Ownership
8889 Productions will be a limited liability company. Being an LLC, the company would then be its own entity, protecting our personal finances from being seized by the bank if it went out of business. We also would not be required to distribute annual reports to board members or keep minutes. Tax advantages include no corporate or double taxation because all losses and profits flow through the individual members. Wedding packages First Package: $3,000.00 Includes up to 10 hours of coverage on your wedding day, one photographer, one videographer, a website catered towards the wedding, two consultations and an engagement session on us. Includes a book of 250 images and a 10-minute video.* Second package: $2,500.00 Includes up to 10 hours of coverage on your wedding day, one photographer and your choice of one videographer or a website catered towards the wedding, includes two consultations. Includes a book of 250 images and, if you choose, a 10-minute video.* Party Package: $750.00 Includes 4-5 hours of coverage at the party event, one photographer and one consultation. Also includes a book of 150 images.* *For every 50 additional images a charge of $100.00 will be applied.

Web packages Package one: $1,000.00 Includes up to 15 pages, a custom layout including a designed logo, basic search engine optimization, unlimited e-mail accounts and Google analytics. Package two: $500.00 Includes up to 10 pages, a custom layout, 20 e-mail accounts and Google analytics.

Location
Our proposed location has an ample amount of space at 1800 square feet for our shooting space, office, and meeting area. The location is very easy to access being just off of Wyandotte Street and right near Broadway Street and the Broadway Bridge. The studio space has all of our needs already there: kitchen area, living area 210 West 5th St. Suite 102, Kansas City, and office space in the upstairs area, MO so we dont need any construction done to the space.

Monthly Expenses

Sales forecast (12 months)

We predict the summer months of May-August will bring in the most business because that's considered "wedding season". We will be slower in February and November due to colder weather. We think December and January will be favorable months because businesses will be having office Holiday parties that they will want to have photographed.
