MENTORING POLICIES

1. BE ON TIME AS A TEAM.
• Always be on time especially during scheduled online
meeting. • If one member is absent, the meeting will not proceed. • One meeting cancellation will terminate the mentoring and the system development. • File your online meeting postponement at least 48 hours before the initial intended meeting time. 2. DO NOT ASSUME.
• Always ask if things get confusing or unclear.
• Share key information promptly. • Always update everyone. 3. FINISH TASKS AHEAD OF TIME.
• Unfinished tasks are like snowballs turning immediately
into to an avalanche. • Focus on target dates • If 80% of tasks are unfinished at a certain phase due date, the system development will be terminated. 4. ALWAYS BE TEACHABLE.
• Receive criticisms positively.
