If you are a LEAP-eligible practitioner, join the Patent Trial and Appeal Board's (PTAB) LEAP to Chambers event for an inside perspective on practicing before PTAB. This event will take place in person at the Silicon Valley Regional Office in San Jose, California, on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, from 1-4 p.m. PT.
LEAP to Chambers attendants will take a PTAB judge-guided tour of PTAB’s facilities, as well as learn oral and written advocacy tips from PTAB judges.
