Sebastián Báez defeated Alejandro Tabilo in the final, 3–6, 6–0, 6–4 to win the singles tennis title at the 2024 Chile Open.[1] It was his sixth career ATP Tour title and his second title in as many weeks, having won the Rio Open the week before.

Nicolás Jarry was the defending champion,[2] but lost in the quarterfinals to Corentin Moutet.
