This category lists educational institutions affiliated, or administered by religious groups and organizations, which follow religious or cultural practices closely identified with Hinduism, irrespective of whether the followers are classified in any census, or whether they self-identify – as Hindus. This however leaves out educational institutions run by Buddhist, Jain, and Sikh organizations, religions that may have common Hindu religious or cultural practices. This also includes public and private institutions that are known as Hindu colleges and universities.
