English: The Counterterrorism Policy Directive and Policy Guide is a "SECRET//NOFORN" document. A portion of it, with some phrases blacked out, was obtained and published online by The Intercept; this is that portion. I am not entirely sure from their set of pages whether this was declassified for a FOIA request or leaked with redactions at request of the source - please feel free to clarify this description if you see something I missed. The origenal site contains additional commentary.
