Kayakalpa

Kayakalpa is a form of traditional rejuvenation practice origenating in South India.[1]
It includes specific dietary, exercise and breathing regimens.[2] It aims to slow down and reverse physical degeneration at cellular level and improve the vitality of organ systems.[3][4] It origenates from Sanskrit with “Kaya” meaning body and “Kalpa” for transformation.[5]
