The list of ship decommissionings in 1945 includes a chronological list of ships decommissioned in 1945. In cases where no official decommissioning ceremony was held, the date of withdrawal from service may be used instead.

On 28 September 1945, she was decommissioned, and her name was struck from the Navy list. In July 1946, she was sold for scrapping.
