This has been discussed before but the page Gaza genocide doesn't have the word "accusation" added because there's a consensus that there has plausibly been genocide in Gaza. In the case of Palestinians in the West Bank, the issue is less clear. When reliable sources regularly start referring to a genocide against all Palestinians, including in the West Bank, then it'll be much easier to make that case. Personally, I don't think "accusation" is needed, but that wasn't what prior discussions concluded.
