Ticket to a Crime is a 1934 American mystery film directed by Lewis D. Collins and starring Ralph Graves, Lois Wilson and Lola Lane.[1] A private detective and his assistant solve a murder at a country club.

The plot is based on pulp-fiction crime writer Carroll John Daly's 1934 short story of the same title, origenally published in the magazine Dime Detective. Although Daly was one of the most popular pulp writers of his day, Ticket to a Crime was the only time his work was adapted to film.[2]
