• Delete: per nom, non elected politician who fails both WP:GNG and WP:NPOL. Umakant Bhalerao (talk) 05:16, 23 May 2021 (UTC)
• Delete head of a youth wing of a party does not confer notability so the subject would need to be a GNG pass which I don’t see. The name is quite common and there are several other Manish Yadavs. Mccapra (talk) 08:00, 23 May 2021 (UTC)
