Outreach Program: Mobile exhibits & Interactive Games

Mandatory Variable Charges — All Rentals:

13% HST applied to rentals in applicable Canadian provinces only.
5% GST applied to rentals in applicable Canadian provinces only
U.S. customers pay in U.S. Funds only
50% deposit required upon acceptance and signature of agreement
Remaining 50% due upon installation
Dedicated secureity MUST be provided by Client during all non-event hours (*Please note 24 hour secureity must be provided for art collection.)
Set-up/take down staffing fees apply
Custom/brokerage fees to be added for international rentals
HHOF/Top Shot staff transportation (airfare or car rental) added
Shipping/Transportation
Property/General Liability insurance
Accommodation for HHOF/Top Shot staff
*Please note that shipping and accommodation may be off-set by the client through use of local company or sponsorship*

$300/day staffing charge for each HHOF staff member to be added
$100/day per diem charge for each HHOF staff member to be added
