Tonight: Clouds On The Increase, Light Rain By Friday Morning

We will see partly to mostly cloudy skies for the U.P. and much of the Northern Lower Peninsula tonight.

Rain will start to impact the U.P. and areas of the Lake Michigan shoreline by 6am or so Friday.

The Central Lower Peninsula and Lake Huron shoreline will be the last to see clouds tonight.

Overnight lows will reach the mid 50s to mid 60s.

Winds will be out of the East/Southeast at 5-10mph.

Friday & The Weekend: Rain Chances

We will see some light rain for morning commutes in areas of Northern Michigan Friday.

We will continue to see spotty showers and a possible thunderstorm or two through mid to late afternoon.

This is all being driven by a cold front and things should dry up for kick off across Northern Michigan.

Highs will be in the low 70s to low 80s.

Winds will be out of the East/Southeast at 5-10mph.

Nothing is looking to be severe but some brief gusty winds will be possible.

Saturday is looking mostly sunny to a good mix of sun and clouds.

Highs will be in the mid 70s to mid 80s.

Sunday brings in a low pressure system and more rain for us!

Scattered showers will move through Sunday with highs in the low 70s to low 80s.

Next Week: Cooler & Some Rain

Monday is looing partly cloudy with highs in the mid 60s to mid 70s.

Tuesday will be soggy with showers and clouds.

Highs will be in the mid 60s to low 70s.

Wednesday will be partly to mostly cloudy with a chance for some light rain.

Highs will range from the mid 60s to mid 70s.

Thursday will be partly cloudy with highs in the mid 60s to low 70s.
