- Drop-off by SBS to Empire Public Beach at reserved time between 9:00am and 10:15am day of reservation
- To be picked up by SBS between 7:00pm and 7:15pm the day your reservation ends
- Deliveries to locations other than Empire Public Beach are subject to a delivery fee
- Included: RED XL, 6-8 SUP paddles dependent on # paddlers, 6-8 Life Jackets dependent on # paddlers
- Life Jackets must be worn at all times
C4 Waterman Raptor Rental ($250 per day)
- Drop-off by SBS to Empire Public Beach at reserved time between 9:00am and 10:15am day of reservation

Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel, you may receive a full refund up to 24 hours in advance of your reservation. No refunds or credits are given for no-shows. We are sorry but we can not make exceptions as we are doing our best to accommodate all individuals eager to get on the water and we have very limited Monster Inflatables in our fleet.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your reservation if we feel that your safety is at risk. Rentals would be canceled by Sleeping Bear Surf if there is thunder and lightening, or dangerous water conditions.
