Anchor Point Taghazout
Anchor Point is the holy grail of surfing in Morocco. If you get the point on a big day with a nice little offshore you are going to be getting some big take offs and nice walls.
The inside section throws in some heavy barrels and you are riding the wave for nearly a kilometre!
Walk up from the centre of Taghazout - 5 mins (fly into Agadir)
Surf Berbere have a surf camp on Hash Point with views over Anchor Point. Otherwise check into one of the hostels or other surf camps in Taghazout.

Car park behind - old fish processing factory - Madraba, make sure you don't bring lots of valuable to the surf with you as they do break into the cars sometimes.
Tuareg surf shop run by Jamal can normally give you pretty decent surf equipment.
Africa Extrem Surf Camps has the widest range of boards available in the village, you can book it online or get it directly at the camp in Taghazout. They are surf shops that rent boards in the village. Atlantis surf shop has a wide range of boards as well.
There is a surf club at Devil's Rock, it's a project of the Moroccan federation and the association of Human developement in Morocco. They are several surf schools in the area, and we think that Africa Extrem Surf Camps and Surf Maroc are almost the only recommended ones.
Go up the coast to Tamri, always a wave there, or head into the valleys to see immouzer - Paradise valley. Some great waterfalls!!
